Spring 2010 Conference


President Nikki Feister, Vice-President Stephanie Tsanas, and Recording
Secretary Shannon Barton attended the Spring 2010 Ahepa/Dop Conference  in
Vallejo, California.


The Conference was a great success with over 100 Ahepans and Daughters of
Penelope attending. The Vallejo Chapter is small with under 20 members but they
did a fantastic job of hosting this event and we thank them very much. This
shows where there is a will to accomplish something, even small numbers can make
a difference. One of the things that was mentioned was that when a Daughter of
Penelope dies, there is a special service prayer that can be performed by her
chapter at the Trisagion or at the gravesite.
